Pre-Qualification

Pre-qualification can save you and your Realtor precious time by helping to focus your house-hunting efforts. A letter of pre-qualification simply lists some general financial information that you provide. Our friendly mortgage specialists can get you pre-qualified in a few minutes, either over the phone or in person.

Pre-Approval

A letter of pre-approval identifies you as a serious buyer and can be a good negotiating tool with the seller. Pre-approval comes after a pre-qualification and requires an application and a credit report. Usually, employment pay stubs, financial asset statements, and year-end W2 forms are required at this point. For most buyers, we can complete pre-approval within a few hours.
