To sign up for Online Banking with Citizens
Bank, please download either our personal enrollment form or our business
enrollment form depending on which account you have with us. After printing
and completing, please mail or bring the enrollment form to
the branch of your choice.
When your enrollment form has been processed, we
will send you a log in ID and temporary password. The first time
you log in, you will be required to change your password to one
of your choosing.
Note: Each customer must complete an enrollment
form to receive account access and Bill Pay authorization.
For example, joint account holders must each complete a form
and will each receive a unique log in ID and password. Bill Pay
charges will be assessed per account holder as disclosed.
